In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account with fat4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. fat4d strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all products, consistent with responsible gaming best practices for the Indonesia market. Persons under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems may not hold member Accounts.
3. You must be accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion commitment that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming.
5. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and keep that information current at all times.
6. You must be the sole authorised user of your Account. Sharing login credentials with another person is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account with fat4d. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

At registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fat4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

fat4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. fat4d also reserves the right to request additional documentation from any member at any time to verify identity, age, or source of funds, and to suspend Account activity pending receipt and review of that documentation.

fat4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect the integrity of the Platform, prevent fraud, and safeguard our player community. KYC verification is required for all members before their first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time at fat4d's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation set required by fat4d includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or a current passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence displaying your full name and residential address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photograph of the bank card, a screenshot of the e-wallet account displaying the registered name, or a bank statement showing the account holder's name matching your fat4d registration).

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. fat4d accepts uploads via the secure document submission portal within the member Account area. Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

fat4d aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending KYC clearance and will be processed promptly once verification is approved.

fat4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your fat4d Account in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. fat4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fat4d accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though fat4d may apply enhanced due diligence reviews to large deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that cumulatively exceed certain thresholds.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the originating account belongs to a person other than the registered fat4d member — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. fat4d reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from a third-party deposit pending investigation.

fat4d processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the fat4d Account from which the withdrawal is requested.

Indicative processing times are as follows:

• BCA and Mandiri bank transfers: Typically 15–30 minutes after approval.
• BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Danamon: Typically 30–60 minutes after approval.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. fat4d reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; members wishing to withdraw larger sums may do so across multiple requests submitted within the same 24-hour period.

Withdrawals from balances that include Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully met prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying a Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Funds portion being removed from the withdrawal-eligible balance.

fat4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct, or receipt of outstanding documentation. Members will be notified by email of any withdrawal placed on hold, together with the reason and the steps required to resolve it.

fat4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. Each individual bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made available. The following general principles apply to all fat4d bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
2. Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sports betting typically contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution table for each promotion will be published alongside the promotion terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) will be forfeited automatically, together with any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds.
4. One Bonus Per Member: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. fat4d reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where duplicate registrations are identified.
5. Abuse Prevention: fat4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated multi-account abuse. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have their Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited and may be suspended permanently.
6. Fat4d's Discretion: fat4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any member from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse or where eligibility criteria are not met.

All games offered on the fat4d Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party gaming studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each studio operates under its own gaming licence and subjects its titles to independent audits of Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness and Return to Player (RTP) accuracy.

fat4d does not modify game outcomes, RTP rates, or payout tables from the values certified by the supplying studio. The game rules applicable to each title are those published within the game interface itself. In the event of a discrepancy between fat4d's general terms and a specific game's embedded rules, the game's embedded rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while fat4d's general terms prevail with respect to account management, payments, and bonus application.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game round, fat4d will apply the following resolution principles:

• If a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on fat4d's infrastructure, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the member's Account.
• If a disconnection occurs on the member's side (internet outage, device failure, browser crash), the round will be resolved according to the game engine's server-side result, which is final and binding.
• Fat4d accepts no responsibility for wagers lost due to member-side connectivity issues.

fat4d's support team is available 24/7 to investigate disputed game outcomes. All dispute requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant game round completing. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.

fat4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all members at no charge via the Account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total Rupiah amount you may deposit within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts triggered after a defined continuous play duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which you may not log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term voluntary exclusion from the fat4d Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and honoured without exception or reversal during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fat4d Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or payment system anomalies. Any winnings accrued through an exploited error are not valid and will be reversed. Members are required to report discovered errors to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the fat4d Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Transferring Account balances to another member, or accepting balance transfers from another member, outside of fat4d's official payment channels.
• Attempting to access another member's Account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims in bad faith.

All content on the fat4d Platform — including but not limited to the fat4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fat4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any fat4d content without prior written authorisation from fat4d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fat4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to fat4d in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fat4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if fat4d has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

fat4d provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. fat4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

fat4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement.
• Member's own written request for Account closure.

On Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds and winnings derived from a breach of these Terms & Conditions) will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting fat4d's support team. Voluntary closure requests submitted during an active Wagering Requirement cycle will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited; your real-money deposit balance will be returned in full.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fat4d is licensed and incorporated.

By registering an Account and using the fat4d Platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own initiative, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. fat4d makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside the jurisdiction of fat4d's licensing authority.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and fat4d within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised in writing shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body designated by fat4d at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

fat4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fat4d will notify registered members via the email address associated with their Account at least five (5) days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the fat4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
